    Goal:

      Live a traditionnal Budo experience by pushing your physical and mental limits during an intensive daily Aikido training held in a different context.

    Details:

  • Location: Yoseikan Aikido Academy of Montreal


  • Dates: From Sunday January 14 to Saturday January 20 2007 inclusively


    • Seven consecutive morning practices, from 5h30 to 7h00, on top of the regular evening practices
    • First curfew: Saturday January 13, 23h00
    • First practice: Sunday morning, January 14 (wakeup, 5h00).
    • Last practice: Saturday morning, January 20*.

    *The last practice will be followed by breakfast at the dojo.

  • Inscription: Saturday January 13 between 21h00 and 22h30.


  • Conditions & Advice:


    • Each participant must have at least completed one regular training semester.
    • Each participant agrees to complete all practices without exception. If a participant is absent from a practice, he must willingly cease to participate to the camp.
    • Each participant agrees to respect the curfew of 23h00 and to be on the mat at least ten minutes before the beginning of each morning practice. Otherwise, the participant must willingly cease to participate to the camp unless he previously discussed it with the teacher.
    • It is advised that all participants sleep at the dojo as well as to bring a fruit (an orange for instance) and some juice that you can consume before the beginning of the practice.

  • Necessary gear which you must bring: sleeping bag, pillow, toothbrush, geigo-gi and your good humor.
